The February 2026 Open Bioimaging Practices Meetup will focus on OME-Zarr in the mesoSPIM context. We will have guest presentations by Alan Watson, Nikita Vladimirov and Severino Thomasin. They will share recent developments of directly saving mesoSPIM data to OME-Zarr, their learnings in this and how they process mesoSPIM data in OME-Zarr. For anyone attending in person, there will be drinks & snacks at the end.
